Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders over $80. Orders below $80 are subject to a flat shipping fee displayed at checkout.

We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations at this time.

Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Reforma Store is not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.

Carriers
We ship via major carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The carrier is selected at our discretion based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at contact@reforma.fr with photos of the damage and original packaging. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

Reforma Store is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
