By purchasing and using any product from Reforma Store, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Use at Your Own Risk
All Reforma Store products, including the Pilates reformer board, are physical exercise equipment intended for personal fitness use. Use of this equipment involves inherent physical risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, and falls. You assume full responsibility for any injury or damage resulting from use of this product.

Not a Medical Device
Reforma Store products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition.

Contraindications — Do Not Use If:

  • You are pregnant or postpartum (within 6 weeks of delivery) without medical clearance

  • You have been diagnosed with osteoporosis, osteopenia, or severe joint conditions

  • You have had recent surgery (within the past 3 months) without physician clearance

  • You suffer from acute back, neck, or spinal injuries

  • You have uncontrolled high blood pressure or a cardiovascular condition

  • You have been advised by a physician to avoid strenuous physical activity

  • You are under the age of 18 without direct adult supervision

Weight Capacity
This product has a maximum weight capacity of 90 kg (approximately 200 lbs). Use of this product beyond the specified weight limit is strictly prohibited and will void the product warranty. Reforma Store accepts no liability for injuries or damage resulting from use beyond this limit.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reforma Store shall not be liable for any injury, death, property damage, or other loss arising from the use or misuse of its products. This limitation applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

Product Warranty — 2 Years
Reforma Store warrants that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of original purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the frame, resistance system, and structural components under normal use conditions

  • The warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or use beyond the stated weight capacity

  • In the event of a valid warranty claim, we reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund the product at our sole discretion

  • Given the nature of the product, replacement of the full unit may be offered in lieu of individual part repair, at our discretion

  • Warranty claims must be submitted to contact@reforma.fr with proof of purchase and photos or video of the defect
