Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, all sales are final and no returns or refunds will be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging with all accessories, components, and documentation included

  • Free from signs of wear, assembly, or use

Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@reforma.fr with your order number and reason for return. Do not send your item back without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. Reforma Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 10% of the original order value will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 2 business days of receipt), we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Items showing signs of use, modification, or damage caused by the customer

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloadable content

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return your original order (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order.
